Attorney General Raúl Labrador announced Juan Cardoza, a 27-year-old Nampa resident, has been charged with 10 counts of production of child sexual exploitation material.
The charges follow an investigation by the Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit, which uncovered new evidence.
