A 16-year-old male was fatally shot on November 28, and 18-year-old Anthony Dominguez was apprehended for unlawfully aiming a firearm at another and first-degree assault with serious bodily injury. The unnamed victim was transported to the North Colorado Medical Center last Friday and was in critical condition until he died on November 30 as a result of his injuries. Updated charges are pending for Dominguez, who was still in custody as of December 1.
Greeley officers responded to the scene on the afternoon of November 28 at approximately 4 p.m. after receiving reports of shots fired in the 800 block of East 20th Street Road.
