A 33-year-old man was sentenced Thursday, Dec. 4, to three years of probation for damaging a federal Department of Homeland Security vehicle parked at the federal building in downtown Eugene.
Kielan Robert Eugene Fitzsimonds, of Eugene, admitted to throwing rocks at an unmarked government vehicle June 8.
