Traffic is backed up on the Tacoma Narrows Bridge after a crash Thursday afternoon.
The HOV lane and the left lane are blocked on state Route 16 westbound. The crash was reported at 1:49 p.m., according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash. The suspected causing driver was in a Toyota RAV4. He ran off after the crash and not been found, Washington State Patrol Trooper Kameron Watts told The News Tribune…
