LOPATCONG TWP., Pa. – Local foodies are flocking to a new establishment for fresh burgers, breakfast skillets, broiled seafood platters and other tasty eats in a welcoming atmosphere.
Tio’s Diner, a full-service diner serving freshly prepared dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, held a soft opening on Nov. 20 at 1100 Route 22 in Lopatcong Township, Warren County.
Grand opening festivities will be held on Monday, Dec. 8, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony set for 10 a.m.
The new establishment occupies a renovated property, just outside Phillipsburg, which previously housed other diners, including Trojan Diner, Phillipsburg Diner, Red Rose Diner and, most recently, Catch 22 Diner, the latter of which sustained fire damage in 2022…
