On November 13, 2025, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released its Fiscal Year 2025 Continuum of Care (CoC) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). This announcement starts the application process for homeless assistance funding across the country.
Family Promise of Sussex County will serve as the collaborative applicant for the Tri-County CoC, which covers Warren, Sussex, and Hunterdon Counties in New Jersey.
