MEDINA, Ohio (WOIO) – Timothy Mowery has been without running water in his home for a week after his water heater started leaking on Thanksgiving, flooding his basement.
Mowery said he immediately contacted his landlord, RE/MAX, via the tenant portal to get the water heater fixed, but has received no response.
As a result, he has been forced to shut off water to his entire house to prevent further flooding…
