As William Scogin puts the padlock on venerable Clarksville Speedway, he has his eye on another of the sport’s historic area tracks, Highland Rim Speedway.
The 63-year-old Robertson County racetrack, christened Veterans Motorplex in the latest of a series of name changes, is owned and operated by Jerry Criswell.
Criswell said he is dealing with ongoing health issues and will sell the track “if the right offer comes along.”…
