Cicero, N.Y. – A family-owned Central New York company that has been making industrial and commercial laundry equipment for nearly 80 years has been sold to a European company.
Jensen North America, a subsidiary of the Jensen-Group, acquired G.A. Braun Inc., which has been making industrial and commercial laundry equipment since its founding in Syracuse in 1946. The transaction was announced on Friday.
