SALEM, Ore. (KATU) — A Salem woman facing criminal charges after her dog allegedly mauled a neighbor’s child has a previous Marion County Dog Control case after her dog allegedly attacked a different child, KATU News has learned.

According to Salem Police, 53-year-old Melinda Walker is facing criminal charges after her dog was accused of sending a 1-year-old girl to the hospital with multiple serious injuries.
