Pennsylvania parents sentenced for failing to care for newborn premature twins

BUCKS COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) – Two Pennsylvania parents have been sentenced for failing to provide necessary care and nutrition for their newborn premature twins.

The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office says Courtney Soyka, 33, was sentenced to one year, minus a day, to two years, minus a day, in county jail after pleading guilty to two counts of child endangerment.
