CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – A 45-year-old Charlottesville man died from an apparent fall from the Water Street parking garage just after midnight on Saturday, December 6.
According to a Charlottesville Police Department news release, officers found Keagan Carr unresponsive at the Fourth Street entrance of the parking garage. Police are still investigating the circumstances of the fall as the Chief Medical Examiner works to determine the cause and manner of Carr’s death.
