ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — After Publix announced it’s leaving Atlantic Station, another staple at the shopping center is also expected to pack up soon.
DSW, located right next to Publix, will close on Jan. 24. Hines, the real estate company that created and owns Atlantic Station, confirmed on Saturday that the store’s lease is expiring and won’t be renewed.
“We’ve been actively working toward a replacement tenant that supports Atlantic Station’s long-term retail merchandising vision,” the company said. “We look forward to sharing details once a new lease is finalized.”…
