Helena Foulkes, who’s again seeking the Democratic nomination for governor of Rhode Island, answered the CVS opioid crisis question in different way on this week’s “10 News Conference.”
In the past she’s repeatedly said she took action when she found out about the depth of the overdose epidemic fuled by the pills CVS sold. Now, she says she inherited the crisis when she became company president.
