TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A local senior citizen says something is seriously wrong after he paid a contracting company a down payment of more than $5,000 and they never came to do the job.
Aleksandr Sergeyev says fixing the roof was one of the final steps in the process of selling his Toledo home.
