BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – A Baton Rouge animal shelter is putting out an urgent call for the public to adopt a pet or serve as an emergency foster parent.
According to the Companion Animal Alliance shelter, the facility is at overcapacity. At this time, homes are needed for at least 40 medium or large dogs.
In an effort to free up space, shelter officials are offering $10 adoption fees for all ready to go dogs on Saturday, December 6. CAA will also provide some pet supplies until they run out…
