More people moved to Arkansas last year than any other state, report says

BENTONVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Arkansas led the U.S. in new residents last year, with one Northwest city drawing a third of them, according to a newly-released study.

Atlas Van Lines’ 2025 Migration Patterns Study found that Arkansas ranked No. 1 in the country for inbound moves between Nov. 1, 2024, and Oct. 31, 2025:
