TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Two men were killed when a speeding vehicle ran a red light and caused a crash near Interstate 19 and Valencia in Tucson late Thursday, Dec. 4.
The Tucson Police Department said 56-year-old William Frank Drake and 51-year-old Anthony Robert Valenzuela both died at the scene.
