Elyria man charged with 4 felonies in Kay Jewelers armed robbery in October

A Lorain County grand jury has charged an Elyria man with four felonies after he allegedly robbed a jewelry store at Chestnut Commons with a pellet gun in October.

Brian M. Foster, 37, of Park Meadow Drive, was indicted Thursday in Lorain County Common Pleas Court on charges of aggravated robbery, tampering with evidence, grand theft and possession of criminal tools, plus related firearms specifications.

He was being held in the Lorain County Jail on $750,000 bond, according to jail records. The case has not yet been assigned to a judge…
