FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A special holiday surprise for our local military families – fresh, free Christmas trees were handed out with a whole lot of gratitude. The annual Thanks with a Tree giveaway is back. More than 300 fresh Christmas Trees were given to active military families.
“It’s definitely a blessing, it’s definitely an amazing thing. Just to see how much they love and appreciate us,” U.S. Army member Melanie Franco said.
