Mount Washington—A two-story home in the 400 block of West Mount Washington Drive erupted in flames early this morning, sending one woman to the hospital and leaving a pet cat dead, according to the LAFD.
Firefighters arrived around 2:25 a.m. to find the single-family home heavily involved and threatening nearby structures, the department said. The fire was knocked down in 47 minutes.
