The 20-year-old driver was behind the wheel of a red 2007 Chrysler Sebring when officers conducted the stop around 2:10 p.m., according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
The woman reversed and clipped a patrol vehicle before suddenly shifting into drive and hitting an officer on the driver’s side, police said. No injuries were reported.
She sped north on 6th Street, resulting in a search that led officers to the 2800 block of North 8th Street, where the same Sebring was found crashed in an unrelated wreck, authorities said…
