GREEN BAY, Wis. — It takes thousands of pounds of food to satisfy the more than 81,000 fans at Lambeau Field on game days, but not all of that food is eaten.
A Brown County nonprofit organization is recovering that unserved food and turning the leftovers into hearty, healthy meals for the food insecure.
