LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. (7News) — The sisters of the woman who was hit and killed by a Loudoun County Transit bus are now calling for safety measures to be added to the intersection where the crash happened, so other families don’t have to go through the tragedy they’re experiencing now.
Alyssa Kakol, 34, was on her routine walk in her community after getting home from work Monday night, a little after 6:20 p.m., when she was hit by the bus near the intersection of Croson Lane and Moorefield Blvd., in Ashburn, Va., which is near a Metrorail and Loudoun County Transit bus stops.
Kakol died in the hospital…
