At least one teen was killed and more than a dozen people were detained following an officer-involved shooting in Anaheim overnight, authorities confirmed Sunday morning.
The shooting happened around 9:32 p.m. Saturday, officials said, after two officers patrolling the 800 block of South Philadelphia Street encountered several subjects in front of a residence, leading to a confrontation. Both officers suffered minor injuries during the initial incident, according to the Anaheim Police Department.
