Incident Details
Surveillance footage from November 14, 2025, showed Nelson striking a dog on its lower leg and foot inside his Dutton Avenue business. Officers found two dogs confined there continuously, living amid urine, feces, blood, without food, water, or bedding; Animal Control seized them for emergency custody.
