A Kennedy man has been taken into custody after a report of a possible order of protection violation Sunday afternoon. Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies responded to an undisclosed address at about 2:30 PM and located 21-year-old Justin Nickerson at the location. Deputies say there is a valid order of protection stating that Nickerson must stay away from the address. Further investigation also found that he allegedly entered the dwelling with the intent to commit a crime.
