DURHAM, N.C. – On Sunday, Duke women’s soccer head coach Kieran Hall announced the signing of one of the top transfers in the portal with the addition of United Soccer Coaches Third Team All-American Katie Shea Collins of South Carolina.
A Hermann Trophy midseason candidate, Collins will have two years of eligibility remaining and will join the Blue Devils in January of 2026. Collins is one the top scorers in collegiate soccer, amassing 23 goals and eight assists for 54 points over two seasons with the Gamecocks. Of her 23 goals scored, 10 were game winners.
“I chose Duke because it challenges me both academically and athletically,” said Collins. “I’m excited to grow in the classroom and on the field, surrounded by people who push me to be my best every day. I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn under the amazing Duke staff, compete for championships and continue developing toward my dream of playing at the highest levels.”…
