FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A large building fire and its debris have forced the closure of some downtown Fresno roads, the Fresno Fire Department said.
A vacant two-story commercial building in Fresno’s historic Chinatown was reported to be on fire around 9:45 a.m. Sunday at the corner of Tulare and G Streets.
Fire crews arrived to find heavy smoke and flames coming from all sides of the building, and learned that a man inside had jumped from the second floor and suffered a broken leg upon landing. He was transported to an area hospital for treatment…
