Holland City Council recently passed a resolution in support of the “Hope College 2025 Project,” ensuring favorable financing in an amount not to exceed $10 million for several updates and upgrades at the school.
The greenlight comes just over a week after the Ottawa County Board of Commissioners approved a necessary bond issuance for the project.
Hope College is planning renovations to the first floor of Phelps Dining Hall, including an expansion, new furnishings and improvements to the kitchen and seating area.
