Kern’s Bakery is serving up seasonal fun with its first-ever Winter Wonderland Market between now and Christmas.
Each weekend and Wednesday through Dec. 21, Kern’s will host special holiday activities for families, including decorating gingerbread houses, movies, Christmas craft classes and chances to meet Santa.
Scheduled activities at the food hall at 2201 Rising Way are:
- Dec. 6, 1-4 p.m. – Visits with Santa and live holiday music.
- Dec. 7, 1-3 p.m. – Gingerbread house decorating, sending letters to Santa with MUSE Knoxville and live holiday music.
- Dec. 10, 6:30-8:30 p.m. – Movie in the Market: “Polar Express”
- Dec. 13, 1-3 p.m. – Cookie decorating with Myrtle’s Bakehouse
- Dec. 14, 1-4 p.m. – Visits with Santa and a Christmas craft class with Knoxville Arts Center.
- Dec. 17, 6:30-8:30 p.m. – Movie in the Market: “Elf”
- Dec. 20, 11 a.m.-7 p.m. – Final weekend of Winter Wonderland Market
- Dec. 21, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. – Final weekend of Winter Wonderland Market
