Following a drug-related dispute that escalated to gunfire on the evening of November 9th, law enforcement authorities have arrested in connection with the case. Kyron Cole, 25, was taken into custody Thursday afternoon by Specialized Investigations Division detectives, facing multiple charges including attempted criminal homicide, reckless endangerment, and gun possession during the commission of a dangerous felony.
The incident in question left a 24-year-old man severely wounded on Norton Avenue, according to a report by the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department. The police statement describes a scenario where the victim and Cole were sitting in Cole’s car when the altercation occurred, ultimately leading Cole to discharge the firearm. Detectives from the TITANS Unit, after a meticulous investigation by the Non-Lethal Shooting Unit, arrested Cole at a market on E. Trinity Lane.
