(FOX40.COM) — A California International Marathon runner was hospitalized Sunday after suffering a cardiac arrest, according to the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District.
Metro Fire said a runner in her 30s collapsed at the halfway point of the marathon around 11 a.m.
