BAYTOWN, TX (December 7, 2025) – Baytown Police responded to a family disturbance shortly before midnight on December 5 at a home in the 1600 block of Mississippi Street.
Officers arrived to find 49-year-old Michael Ward of Baytown with gunshot wounds to the abdomen. Officers immediately began lifesaving measures until EMS arrived and assumed care. Ward was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased…
