TONIGHT:
Tonight, our winds will settle down, and our temperatures will decrease by more than 30 degrees. This is because of an incoming cold front that will arrive after midnight. Those that are on the Caprock and in the northern portions of the area are more likely to have temperatures near or just below freezing.

SUNDAY:
Tomorrow afternoon will be significantly cooler than our high temperatures from today. Highs are expected to top out in the mid-50s and low-60s. Winds will still be a bit breezy, but the fastest speeds will be near 20 MPH. Skies will remain clear.

Once we start the work week, we will start our warming trend. Our last morning with freezing temperatures will be Tuesday, while the first day we have high temperatures reach the 70s could be Wednesday. Before you know it, a strong cold front will come crashing in Thursday evening and make Friday and next weekend much cooler.
