ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Small businesses are bouncing back after a rough, snow-filled Stroll on State event last weekend.
Secondhand Curves, a small business owned by Rachel Cadie, hosted a vendor open house to help local vendors recover during this Christmas holiday season.
“Because of the snow (at Stroll on State), we decided to have some of the vendors that were at Stroll on State with us because obviously the snow was so bad,” Cadie said. We as small businesses, it was not a good day for us.”…
