DENVER (KDVR) — U.S. 285 has reopened in both directions south of Conifer Sunday morning after a head-on crash that involved at least five people, according to the Elk Creek Fire Department.
The crash happened on U.S. 285 at Jubilee Trail, which is between Conifer and Bailey near the Pine Junction Area, closing the highway in both directions, the fire department said in a Facebook post just before 11 a.m. Sunday. The road reopened at around 11:45 a.m.
The department said five patients were involved but did not say how badly any of them were injured…
