A 41-year-old man accused of rape turned himself in to Lacey police Saturday afternoon, according to Thurston County jail information.
Lacey police Sgt. Jeremy Knight confirmed that the man showed up to Lacey City Hall at 420 College St. SE about 3:40 p.m.
Prior to turning himself in, though, police were investigating the incident after they were dispatched to Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia earlier in the day to interview the victim, a 24-year-old woman, Knight said…
