Queens, NY: Queens City Councilwoman Vickie Paladino announced Sunday night that the NYPD has arrested the primary suspect in last weekend’s violent street takeover and assault in Malba.
Justin Aguilera, 19, of Queens, is charged with gang assault, felony assault, assault in the third degree, riot, and criminal trespass. He is being held on $300,000 cash bond after Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz intervened to prevent release on cashless bail.
