FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Over 100 drivers were cited in Fresno during a weekend distracted driving enforcement operation, according to the Fresno Police Department.
Officers say 145 drivers were cited on Saturday.
Under current law, drivers have not been allowed to hold their phones or other electronic devices while driving since 2008. This also includes talking, texting, or using an app.
