Greensboro, NC – A large narcotics investigation in Guilford County resulted in the seizure of drugs, cash, and multiple firearms Thursday after deputies executed a search warrant at a home on Fairmile Drive in Greensboro.
According to the Guilford County Sheriff’s Office, the operation took place November 6, 2025, as part of an ongoing investigation led by the county’s Narcotics Task Force.
