WINDSOR TWP., Pa. – A manufacturer that specializes in clad metals is closing its plant in Berks County.
Engineered Materials Solutions (EMS) has filed a WARN notice with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor, indicating that it intends to permanently shutter its facility at 600 Valley Road in Windsor Township.
