GRANITE—A 20-year-old Sioux Falls, SD, woman was cited Wednesday, Dec. 3, on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia in Lyon County.
The citing of Marie Lynn Annette Serck stemmed from her being involved in a one-vehicle crash about 10:15 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25, at the intersection of Apple Avenue and 140th Street, about a mile south of Granite, according to the Iowa State Patrol.
Serck was driving west on 140th Street when she hit a patch of ice and lost control of her 1996 Jeep Cherokee, which entered the south ditch and rolled before coming to a rest on the driver’s side…
