LARCHWOOD—A 20-year-old Larchwood man was arrested about 12:55 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 7, on charges of first-offense possession/purchase of alcohol under legal age, person under 21 wagering at a gambling facility and unlawful use of a license or non-operators ID card at Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort northwest of Larchwood.
