COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Police are investigating after a man was shot twice at a southeast Colorado Springs apartment complex.
Officers swarmed the Summit Creek Apartments just after 3:30 Sunday morning following reports of a shooting. The complex is located off Chelton Road just east of Murray.
