AMSTERDAM, N.Y. (WNYT) — Police in Amsterdam are seeking help to find who left a dog that would have frozen to death in cold temperatures.
The dog was found chained to a tree in the woods near a bike path. Thanks to a man walking his dog nearby, the dog survived and is now receiving care at a shelter.
