CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A national affordable housing developer has begun site work at a $50 million apartment project in Cincinnati.
Louisville, Ky.-based LDG Development the first week of December closed on financing for Seymour Station, a 150-unit project at 1931 E. Seymour Ave. in Bond Hill.
