One Hall County commissioner said he intends to motion to table a proposed rezoning that would allow for a data center on the southeast side of the county.
The proposed development would be on 119 acres of land on O’Kelly Road just off of Ga. 60/Candler Road south of Gainesville. The applicant, Project Turbo, is seeking to build three data center buildings totaling roughly 900,000-square-feet.
