A Carlisle man was arrested in Waukee Sunday after he allegedly assaulted a Waukee woman in her home.
Damien Lee Sinopoli, 20, of 1435 S. Fifth St., Carlisle, was charged with domestic abuse assault-impeding flow of air/blood and first-offense OWI.
