LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Texas Tech’s Jacob Rodriguez will not be in New York this Saturday after not being named a Heisman Trophy finalist.
The four invited to the ceremony are Indiana’s Fernando Mendoza, Vanderbilt’s Diego Pavia, Notre Dame’s Jeremiyah Love and Ohio State’s Julian Sayin.
